This is not just an autobiographical story of Dr. Anthony Thomas Hodge. Dr. Hodge's family lineage comes from a great ancestors in american history. These ancestors include Sally Hemmings, Thomas Jefferson, Illinois second governor Edward Coles, Dr. O.W. Hodge first african american medical doctor to study at John Hopkins as an army captain WW1. Lewis I. Diggs america's first black millionaire in 1917. Also Shadrack Battles fought for the French in the French and Indian war. He is said to have raised the flag on Quebec as a hero. He also fought in the American Revolution, Virginia Negro Regiment. This is a story of the pains of substance abuse, addictions, emotion and physical pain.
